Prices and Booking 2012

We’re taking bookings for Easter, and the rest of 2012, for family and friends’ reunions. Rent the house for a whole week, or just for a weekend.

What you get

• Prices per week (except bed and breakfast); prices for shorter periods by request.
• Pool and jacuzzi with motorised cover open beginning April – end October.
• Pool garden fully secure
• Studio apartment fully wheelchair accessible.
• Ground floor fully wheelchair accessible.
• Whole house sleeps up to 16 across 7 bedrooms (whole house rental does not include the studio or external ground floor guest room)
• Top floor apartment sleeps 6–7.
• Independent studio apartment sleeps 2–3.
• Prices include all linens and bathroom towels.
• Prices for family rooms or additional single room on request.
• Minimum rental period for self-catering accommodation 3 nights unless by special arrangement.
• Additional rooms can be added to the top floor apartment and the studio bookings.
• Prices for self-catering accommodation unless otherwise stated. The top floor and studio have their own kitchen facilities. All other rooms share the spacious kitchen facilities and dining room.
• Prices for full maid service, and full or partial board available on request.
• Table d’hotes by request.
• Catering for events and parties by request.
• All guests have access to the pool, the gardens, the library and the dining room (with piano and internet computer).
• Fully equipped laundry room.
• Local maps and information, including recommended walking routes and suggested activities.
• 3 Bicycles, outdoor and indoor games.
• Dogs welcome by prior arrangement (additional charge).
• Transfer services to / from local airports and rail stations can be arranged (estimated costs on application)
• Free wi-fi throughout the house, including the studio and the outside pool verandah
• Arrival after 4.00pm; departure by 10.00. Requests for extended hours for weekends and short stays by arrangement

* For bed and breakfast, arrival is by 4.00pm and departure by 12.00. Breakfast is an optional extra at €8 per person per breakfast.
